A qualified early childhood teacher arrives at your service, runs a session in a room the children already use, and takes the equipment away again. That much Pibbly shares with the other incursion companies in Brisbane.
Here is the difference. The word incursion usually describes a one-off: a provider books a date, the whole group takes part, and the service pays the invoice. Pibbly is none of those three. It runs weekly through the term, it is opt-in so only enrolled children take part, and parents pay Pibbly directly, so your service is never invoiced. If what you need is a single visit to fill a date, Pibbly is the wrong fit, and we would rather say so here than after you have enquired.

Your educators, where they already are
Sessions run inside your ratios and your supervision, with your educators in the room as usual. No staff time is required beyond that, and no educator has to prepare, deliver or pack away anything.
No paperwork at all
Parents enrol with Pibbly and pay Pibbly, in blocks of four sessions. Your service never collects a payment, issues a receipt, chases a family or files a form. The parent's agreement is with Pibbly, not with you.

Who is actually in the room with the children?
Every session is delivered by Karin Jordaan, a qualified early childhood teacher with a secondary maths background, a current Blue Card and QCT registration. Sessions run within your own supervision arrangements and ratios. There is no unsupervised contact at any point, which is Pibbly’s own policy rather than something agreed when a service raises it. We never photograph the children in our sessions. Every child you see on this site is an illustration, deliberately.
Ask us for the certificate of currency and the Blue Card and we will send both before the first session. A certificate with a current expiry date on it is worth more to your service than a sentence on a website, and any provider should be able to produce one without hesitation.

Pibbly is play-based and built against the Early Years Learning Framework and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline. A session is not an add-on that has to be justified separately: it evidences learning your programme is already documenting.
Every child takes home a workbook page each week, which gives your families something visible and gives you something dated and physical for your Quality Improvement Plan. Your educators produce none of it.
