This Privacy Policy explains how Pibbly collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Information we collect
When you contact us, we collect the details you provide through our enquiry forms, typically your name, email address, phone number, your child's centre and the details of your enquiry.
Where you enrol a child, we collect the information needed to deliver sessions, such as the child's first name, age and the centre they attend. We collect only what we reasonably need.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange and deliver Pibbly sessions, manage enrolments and payments, keep you informed about your bookings, and meet our legal and child-safety obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use children's information for marketing.
When we disclose information
To arrange and run sessions we may share limited information with your child's childcare centre or kindergarten, for example, to confirm attendance and suitable session times.
We use trusted service providers (such as our secure database host) to operate the website and store enquiries; they are required to protect your information and use it only to provide their service to us.
Storage, security and retention
Enquiry and enrolment information is stored securely with access restricted to Pibbly. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Access, correction and complaints
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing admin@pibbly.com.au. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please contact us and we will respond.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
